Directions
For the stove:
In a large skillet, over medium heat, combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer; simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Fold in Parmesan cheese.
For a rice cooker:
Spray rice cooker with vegetable non-stick cooking spray. Add all ingredients except parmesan cheese. Cover and cook until rice cooker shuts off. Carefully remove cover. Fold in parmesan cheese.
