Ingredients

1 cup Mahatma® Whole Grain Brown Rice
1 tsp olive oil
1 medium apple, diced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup nuts, toasted and chopped
1/4 cup green onion, sliced thin

Directions

Prepare rice as per package directions.
 
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.  Add apple, celery and garlic.  Sauté 5 minutes.  Add poultry seasoning, orange juice and cranberries.  Continue to cook and stir 2 minutes.  Stir in rice and nuts and cook until heated through.  Top with green onions.
