Directions
Prepare 1-cup of rice according to package directions (makes about 3-cups cooked).
Soak raisins in ½ cup hot water for 15 minutes and drain excess liquid.
In a large bowl, add cooked rice, sugar, butter or margarine; stir until butter melts. Add drained raisins and remaining ingredients; stir gently.
Serve warm or chilled, with additional whipped topping, if desired.
