Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, garlic, celery, parsley, and pimentos. Add seasonings and mix until blended. Add soup and stir well. Add cooked crabmeat and shrimp, and prepared rice. Stir to combine. Place ⅓ to ½ cup of mixture into each pie shell. Bake at 400°F for 20-minutes.
