Jasmine Ginger Rice with Peas

Ingredients:

Mahatma® Jasmine Rice |

fresh ginger, finely grated |

(14.5 oz each) chicken broth |
| 2 |

lemon juice |
| 1 |

(10 oz) frozen green peas, thawed |

Parmesan Cheese, shredded (optional) |
Directions:
Combine rice, ginger, chicken broth and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in peas. Cover and set 5 minutes before serving. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
